Our remodeled and upgraded lab facility and equipment ensure the successful conformance to the most stringent quality control and testing requirements.

System controls include individual formula files along with process set up sheets. Color targets and customer retains from each box of compound are held for six months.

The computerized mixer controls provide for batch-to-batch consistency. Ingredients mixed in each batch are recorded and the computer printouts are monitored by quality control.
